​Sweepstakes Terms​

After the promotional campaign is over, all the tickets shown have been purchased
The drawing is made through the Municipality and Economy Department
One winner is chosen by random drawing from all tickets that have been printed

The sweepstakes campaign shall be valid according to specific terms and conditions referred to as the “Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions”, as these Terms and Conditions are subject to Wnners Box Policy hereinafter referred to as: “Wnners Box, we, us”, as these Terms and Conditions are for your participation in the “Sweepstakes Campaign” when you access the pages of our “website” and the application for smartphones, which constitute together the "e-Platform"

 

Your use of Wnners Box's online platform or your participation in the promotional sweepstakes campaign constitutes your consent to accept the Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions in addition to the terms of the Agreement referred to on the website as the “User Agreement”. This agreement shall be effective immediately upon clicking on the acceptance option. If you do not agree to these Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions or any of their terms including any amendments, you must immediately stop using the E-Platform and not participate in any promotional promotions.

 



These Sweepstakes Terms shall be effective as of 24/04/2022, and we have the absolute discretion to amend any part of these Sweepstakes Terms at any time without the need for prior notice provided that such modification becomes effective as soon as the revised Terms are posted on the website. Therefore, you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these Sweepstakes Terms periodically, as such modifications will be binding on you.

 

Your continued use of the Wnners Box E-Platform or your participation in the Promotional Campaigns shall be a consent on your part to accept the Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions even after we have made any amendments, and will therefore be construed as acceptance of those amendments.

 

The foregoing preamble is considered an integral part of these Terms and Conditions, and shall be complimentary thereof, and its provisions shall apply as shall the Terms.

 

In order to access the Services and use the Platform, you will be required to create an account and register information with us in order to create a membership.

 

1 - You agree that any information provided to us hereunder will be complete and accurate, that you will not register under a name and attempt to enter membership in the name of another person, and that you will not adopt a username that we, in our sole discretion, consider offensive and we reserve the right not to allow you to register if we believe that you will not comply with these Terms.

 

2- The E-Platform may not be used for anything other than the purpose for which it was established, and the Company may prohibit any criminal or harmful activity, including fraud, trafficking in obscene materials, gambling, harassment, stalking, spamming, copyright infringement, patent infringement, or theft of trade secrets or attempt to impersonate a user or another person. It is also prohibited to use the Platform in a manner inconsistent with any and all laws and regulations in force in the United Arab Emirates.

 

3- You are responsible for promptly updating your membership details so that they are deemed, at all times true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete. We have the right to suspend, limit or withdraw your membership or user account.

 

4- When registering your account on the platform in order to create your membership, you will be required to provide certain information and register a username and password to use the platform. To keep your account secure, you must protect your account by reasonable means and you are responsible at all times for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password to the platform and restricting access to and using it.

 

5- You agree to take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account with us. If someone other than you uses the platform with your login information, you will be responsible for all actions that take place in your name.

 

6- You take full responsibility for anyone else's use of your account or membership.

 

7- It is stipulated that the E-Platform should not be used by persons under the age of 18 and that your use of that platform is a declaration and undertaking that you are 18 years of age or over and that all information you submit is accurate and correct upon registering any information on the Platform and the company reserves the right to refuse, restrict or withdraw access to the Platform or the membership of any person whom the Company believes to be under the age of 18, or that any information provided is incorrect.

8- No person may register as a member of the Platform more than once.

 

9- I undertake to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use or other breach of security of my membership.

 

10- You may not transfer or sell your membership or account to another party and you undertake that you are solely responsible for all membership activities.

 

11- You may not access or use the Platform or the services provided through the Platform for any purpose other than the purpose for which we provide it to you.

 

12- All promotional

 sweepstakes campaigns are approved by the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development "ADDED” and are in conformity with the Business Permits Guide (which may be amended from time to time).

 

13- When a member of the platform makes a purchase through the E-Platform, the customer will receive one free voucher to enter the draw for each item he/she purchases, within a specific sweepstakes campaign.

 

14- The draw ticket numbers are issued in a serial sequence because they are generated according to the date of purchasing the products and therefore the members of the E-Platform cannot choose the numbers of the draw coupons, because the numbers of these coupons are automatically issued once the purchase of the products is completed.

 

15- The member of the E-Platform has the option to receive the product purchased from the Company's headquarters or donate it to the Emirates Red Crescent Authority.

 

16- Wnners Box, in its sole discretion, has the right to allow a person who has been authorized or proxy by the account holder registered with us to receive the product in his/her place, after submitting the necessary supporting documents, as Wnners Box will assess such a case separately, but this does not mean that We ensure that the authorized person or agent is allowed to receive the product instead of the account holder registered with us.

 

17- If the Platform Member chooses not to donate the purchased product to the Emirates Red Crescent Authority and to receive the product from the Company’s headquarters, he/she must visit our headquarters within 14 days after completing the purchase process and submit valid ID cards, at the Company’s discretion.
